How to Order

We are committed to provide value to our customers by delivering high standards of service and working continuously to improve on this service. We commit to handle all customer interactions whether in person, through the telephone, email, fax or any other media in a timely and professional manner. 

 

Existing customer

Please place all your orders via phone, fax or e-mail to Customer Service. You can order for fuels, lubricants, Bitumen and LPG.

All orders are vetted and validated before processing.

·     Customers receive an acknowledgement within 24 orders from order receipt quoting order reference number to confirm that the order has been processed.

·       Only cleared orders (not blocked) are automatically transmitted to respective depots to load, invoice and deliver.

·         All cleared orders will be delivered within 48 hours.

·       Any factors impacting either on the release of customer’s order and/ or on the delivery will be communicated to the customer immediately by a Customer Service Executive.

 

New Customer

It is a mandatory that you open a trading account before you can commence ordering for product. For account opening please contact us

 

Once the account is open the order process is the same as that listed above.

 

We advise that you maintain the recommended minimum stock levels and observe the defined lead times to ensure we offer you the desired service level!
